We don’t work on our store every day, but aim to respond and resolve problems as quick as we can.

We send orders out with Royal Mail 2nd Class for U.K.

Orders can take up to 7 working days to be dispatched and 7 more working days to be delivered. Please allow 14 working days from order to delivery before contacting us.

Should your order be broken or you are not happy with it, please contact us with a photo so we can help you out.
